Goddammit just WRITE

 Myself Anushka,

I have encountered certain similar events lately; there had been the same situation with different people, where we were discussing a little about our days, when I began to cast for my career or personal life, they heard, and right after, as a response or to cut my sentence, they began to talk dissimilarly to the discussion. At that moment, I was stunned by their negligence towards me; it was an eye-opener. I handled the situation stoically. After returning, I realized I should not share my thoughts at this random pace with people. Everyone in today's time is busy with their own hustle; they don't even care about anyone. Even I might have done this to some of them.

My point is, what do you do when you want to speak to someone about your dilemma or just simply rant? I have witnessed people and even myself requesting assistance from AI, which is a worrying indication for us. We become prey to automation bias as we keep on diving deeper into AI feedback loops. After consulting other sources and introspecting, I evidenced that writing makes everything go smoothly. Whatever you feel write, nobody is going to hear that, and nobody will judge you for your thoughts, feelings, or mindset. It lifts your mental fog and clarifies your choices.

This was just a small observation from my surroundings. I journal, write on a blank page, and brainstorm; all this will help you become self-reliant, activate your cognitive functions, and raise your emotional quotient as well. Let us reflect on the balance between human autonomy and technical integration. We must advocate a mindful use of AI as a tool rather than allowing it to command our relationships and decisions. Remember to write anywhere manually; it makes you a stronger being.
